Jazz Journal launches online reviews

A selection of Jazz Journal's renowned record reviews are to be published online with effect from this month. The first reviews cover recent issues by Pat Metheny, Miles Davis, The Impossible Gentlemen, David Binney and Bob Mintzer.
The reviews can be viewed under the Reviews tab and include the facility for readers and jazz professionals to post comment and Tweet to other enthusiasts.
Over 100 CDs per month are submitted for consideration of review to a panel of 30 reviewers including such authoritative commentators as Simon Adams, Derek Ansell, Ronald Atkins, John Robert Brown, Bruce Crowther, Peter Gamble, Mark Gardner, Fred Grand, Andy Hamilton, Gordon Jack, Barry McRae, Alun Morgan, Brian Morton, Richard Palmer, Anthony Troon, Michael Tucker, Steve Voce, Bob Weir, Bert Whyatt and Barry Witherden, all with several decades' experience of jazz record reviewing.
