Brittany jazz weekend

A free weekend in late July? Fest Jazz offers a wide range of jazz in an attractive setting on the banks of the River Aulne at Châteauneuf-du-Faou in Brittany.

Among the special attractions this year is the return of the manouche group Les Doigts de L'homme, Robbie "super sax" Edwards, violinist extraordinaire Olivier Leclerc and the Blue Magnolias from Liverpool.

British jazz fans have always featured among Fest Jazz followers and Brittany Ferries are offering a special travel and festival package from Portsmouth.

Gastronomic accompaniment comes from the food village, including real ale from the local Coreff brewery,  Breton crêpes and other local delicacies.
